Matt is an experienced business lawyer and litigator and has been practicing in Florida for over 20 years. Matt represents companies and individuals in a broad range of business litigation matters and legal disputes, including claims involving contracts, employment, partnerships, business torts, real property, landlord/tenant issues, premises liability, construction defects, breach of warranty, products liability, non- competition and non-solicitation covenants, intellectual property, probate and trust litigation, and insurance coverage.
